Meeting Rooms & Computer Training Lab

Large Meeting Rooms

• The Large meeting rooms will seat 50 and 75 persons individually or they can be joined together to accommodate up to 125.
• Light refreshments may be served from a kitchenette.
• Catered affairs are welcome.
• A television and VCR/DVD player is available for use.
• Wireless internet access is available throughout the library.
• Both meeting rooms are equipped with 6'x18' white boards.

Small Meeting Room

• Small Meeting Room seats 10 people
• VCR/DVD player
• Dry erase board
• The room may be reserved by calling the Reference Department at (724) 287-1715.

Computer Training Lab

Sponsored by the T.W. Phillips Oil and Gas Company, the Library's Computer Lab is outfitted with state of the art equipment in a comfortable learning environment. The Lab includes:

• Ten student computers.
• An Instructor's workstation which projects onto a large screen easily visible to all students.
• Windows XP operating system.
• Microsoft Office XP suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and Front Page on all computers.
• High speed internet access.
• Printing capabilities from a networked laser printer.
• Flexible hours and scheduling. The Lab may be used during Library business hours which include evenings Monday through Thursday and during the day Friday and Saturday.

Scheduling, Reservations & Limitations

• All meeting rooms and the computer lab are scheduled on a first come, first serve basis.
• The Library reserves the right to cancel any meeting at their discretion.
• Any For-Profit events must be approved by the Library Director and/or Board of Directors.

Fees

• The meeting rooms and the computer lab are free of charge, however any donations made to the Library would be happily accepted!
